Photo 31 Nonprofit Career Advisor helps you uncover your work credo and guides you in a meaningful job search from résumé review to interview. Many nonprofit organizations  are  ”mission driven”, based on the values of the organization.  I help job seekers conduct searches that are ”credo driven”, based values of the job seeker. My services are customized, and delivered with one goal in mind;  to support nonprofit career seekers in finding work that is meaningful, rewarding and prosperous.

  • Career Advising & Résumé Renovation Package ($300). I have reviewed thousands of résumés as a nonprofit executive recruiter. Some stand out and others are thrown out.  Please!  Let me help you present a résumé that will call out, “You must meet this candidate.”  I will help you create a résumé that speaks to your values, helps to brand  you, and describes your unique qualifications and skills. I will answer questions like, “How long is too long for a résumé?”  “Does it matter what font I use?”   “Should it include my first job out of school?”

  • Weekly Customized Job Listings ($50/week). If you are looking for a new job, you know how tedious it can be to go through job listing after listing in search for a position that might be right for you.  I will provide you with weekly customized listings of open positions based on your credo and your field of interest.

  • Interview Preparation and Follow Up ($300): I have interviewed hundreds of job seekers and would love to share with you some things to be prepared for during the interview (as well as before and after the interview).   For example, What kind of questions should you be prepared for?  How early is too early to arrive?  Should you send a follow up letter/email?  What should it include and how long should it be?  Mock Interview.  I will meet with you in person (or virtually, technology permitting) for a mock interview.  This is an opportunity for a trial interview experience from which you can learn in preparation for  your interview.
